This little lady. Her birth was highly anticipated. Why, you ask? Well, because she is the first lady to be born into her father's family in over 90 years! The daughter to my brother- and sister-in-law (yes, that makes her my niece!), she surprised us all when we learned of her upcoming arrival! Sure, we knew they were expecting a little one, but based on the family track record, we all assumed she'd be a little man.
SURPRISE! Marcus and Jenna welcomed this beautiful little lady into the world in late July, and they couldn't be more in love with her. While her arrival was not the easiest on mommy, everyone is healthy and that's all we can ask for! My little man and I made the trip out to western PA to meet our new cousin/niece, and to photograph her with mommy and daddy! Here are a few of my favorites from our visit. :)

As a boy-momma, I JUMPED at the opportunity to go bow shopping for our shoot. We kept it simple, but man, sometimes girls DO have more fun!
Jenna, when I look at these photos, I can feel the love you have for Mariah. It's a special love, that which a mother has for her child. <3
